The new Naxos wet flavours for cats have arrived. The Sterilight line expands with complete, grain-free pâtés designed for different needs: digestion, urinary wellbeing, multiprotein and monoprotein nutrition.

These recipes are soft, tasty and easy to portion. You can use them as a single meal or include them in a mixed diet, together with kibble.

In addition, wet food helps your cat take in more fluids, which is important because cats naturally tend to drink little. For this reason, complete wet food can also support your cat’s hydration.

Why choose complete wet food for your cat?

A complete wet food can meet an adult cat’s daily requirements on its own, as long as you follow the serving sizes indicated on the label. The new Sterilight recipes combine high-quality animal proteins, functional ingredients and a pâté-style texture that is often very popular, even with the fussiest cats.

Sterilight Digestive Pâté Cod

This recipe contains 46% fresh cod, together with chicken, white fish, pumpkin, aloe vera and coconut oil. Cod is a highly digestible protein, rich in essential amino acids, phosphorus and Omega-3.

Sterilight Pâté Monoprotein Lamb

The version with 94% lamb offers an alternative protein, rich in essential amino acids. This formula is also complete, grain-free and enriched with pomegranate, spirulina and salmon oil.

The taste of lamb is often well accepted, so it can be a good solution if your cat refuses fish or needs more variety in its diet.

How to introduce the new pâtés into your cat’s diet

Our advice is to change food gradually. In the first few days, mix a small amount of the new pâté with your cat’s usual food, then increase it progressively.

Serving sizes depend on your cat’s weight, age, activity level and neutering status. As a reference, a cat weighing 3-4 kg can eat 210-270 g of wet food per day if it is fed wet food alone. In a mixed diet, with 85 g of wet food, the recommended amount of dry food is at least 35-50 g.

Serve the pâté at room temperature and, once opened, store it in the refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours.
